About

Enterprise AI and analytics strategy.

I've always gravitated toward the problems everyone else calls impossible. Sixteen years at Aon took me from entry-level analyst to Managing Director, and today I hold an enterprise-wide seat shaping AI and analytics strategy for a 60,000-person global firm.

I turn complex systems into solutions that are creative, cost-effective, and built to ship — not concepts that stall in a deck. I built the first version of an agentic automation tool now used firmwide, cutting a multi-week portfolio review down to under an hour for roughly 800 users globally. I organized a global community of engineers, data scientists, and application developers to scale that capability, and helped steer the 1,800-person initiative that turned colleagues into pragmatic AI champions across the firm.

Background

Before this role, I helped lead data strategy for Aon Risk Capital — guiding a migration to Databricks and Snowflake, and building a digital twin of U.S. property risk that now underpins disaster response, growth consulting, and catastrophe model evaluation. Earlier, at Aon Reinsurance Solutions, I advised global reinsurance and public-sector clients representing more than $100 million in annual revenue, and engineered a calculation engine that cut loss-distribution processing time by more than 75% for a 150-person analyst team. I've been a trusted advisor to some of the world's largest financial institutions for more than a decade.

M.S., Business Analytics, Carlson School of Management. B.A., Economics. Both from the University of Minnesota.
